Cooked in a rich Cumbrian Ale sauce and served with herby suet dumplings,
chunky chips and fresh vegetables

 Woodall’s Cumberland Sausage
Woodall’s of Wabberthwaite, by appointment to HM Queen Elizabeth II, suppliers of traditional Cumberland Sausage. Served here on creamy mashed potatoes with a rich onion gravy and fresh vegetables.

Chicken Breast
Stuffed with leeks, cooked in a Kendal organic creamy cheese sauce and baked in puff pastry, served with fresh vegetables and potatoes

 Mediterranean Pasta
Roasted Vegetables served with penne pasta in a tomato and basil sauce
and served with garlic bread

 Baked Fillet of Salmon
With a lemon and dill herb crust and served with new potatoes and salad

Shoulder of Cumbrian Lamb
Marinated in mint, slowly braised and served on a creamy mash with fresh vegetables and a mint and rosemary jus

Mushroom Stroganoff
An assortment of fresh mushrooms, cooked with French mustard, paprika and cream, flamed with brandy and served with basmati rice
